IAMANEH Switzerland does not tolerate any form of abuse of power, sexual harassment or exploitation, bullying (mobbing), or corruption within its work context.
Our Code of Conduct and the related regulations define binding rules of behaviour. They apply to all persons working for IAMANEH, whether as employees, volunteers, under a mandate, or within the framework of a partnership agreement.
Experienced or observed misconduct can be reported anonymously and securely via the following address: ethique@iamaneh.ch. Reports can also be made at any time to the trusted person of IAMANEH Switzerland, the Focal Point for the Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse, or any other designated contact person. IAMANEH Switzerland guarantees the confidential and professional handling of every complaint.
